a. Visitor: people who visit the website.
b. Member: People who are members of pegasus.com.
c. Admin: Web site members who are authorised by pegasus.com to accept or decline other members’ comments.
d. Location: The genuine locations which have been categorized and defined by the members of pegasus.com which can be commented about such as hotel / artistry / accommodation and museums.
e. Place: Where the location is situated. They are listed according to the hierarchy of country, city, and region.
f. Comments: These are the comments made by the members for locations.
g. Contents: All the contents on the web pages of pegasus.com which were created by pegasus.com, location definitions, comments and all the content which is from the pegasus.com members, and all the text and visual elements found in the website.
h. Points: They are points that are given by site visitors in order to grade and score the authenticity of the comments and the comments regarding the quality of the locations. The points are set between 1-5.
i. Service: The presentation of all the context of pegasus.com, and the continuation of presenting this presentation.
j. Suspended memberships: Prohibits the user to add comments or view other users’ comments.
k. Pegasus Airlines Internet Network: It covers all the websites created with full or partial support from Pegasus Airlines, Facebook Applications, communication pages on Social Networks and similar applications and websites on the Internet.
a. Membership
• You can become a member by filling in the application form on pegasus.com.
• There is a profile page which allows the members to directly access the images and the comments they have made, and the locations they have defined on the website. Pegasus.com members have the right to set their email and telephone number information on their profile to be visible to all visitors, only visible to members, and visible to nobody.
• Pegasus.com members’ access information (mail addresses and telephone numbers) will be used by pegasus.com, Pegasus Airlines business partners to inform the client of special offers and further opportunities. But every member can click on the "Leave membership" button in order to deactivate the membership and stop receiving further mail from pegasus.com. Clicking the "Leave membership" button on the mail would not mean to end your pegasus.com membership.
Pegasus.com has the right to suspend the membership for a certain period or may indefinitely take away the membership. The suspended member may login to the server but they may not login in order to submit content into the website. The membership which has been taken away prohibits the user to login to the server, as the user will not be able to view his/her profile, they will not be able to login to submit content into the website.
• Pegasus.com members, by becoming members to the website, have already accepted the terms and conditions of pegasus.com.
b. Entering Comments
• Pegasus.com members can define locations and comment on them as well as comment on the locations present.
• Comments that have been submitted will only be active after the pegasus.com admin has verified them. This verification may take time. Pegasus.com does not accept any responsibility if any delays occur.
• The comments that are favoured by pegasus.com may be translated into other languages with the original author's signature. Pegasus.com does not accept any responsibility for the mistranslations that could occur.
• The members that comment commit to and are fully responsible for the comments they enter according to moral values and the law (the content cannot be pornographic, cannot contain insults, lies or deliberate rude statements, and cannot disrupt third parties' civil and personal rights). Members that have entered comments are responsible for any demands from third parties due to any comments that they made; Pegasus.com is not liable for any such demands; if Pegasus.com has to pay compensation to any third parties due to a comment made, that member who submitted the disturbing comment and causing all the detriment to Pegasus.com will reimburse them with money on the first demand by Pegasus.com without the need for another warning.
• If a comment disrupts moral values and the law, then full responsibility goes to the person who made the comment. They could face suspension of membership, their membership taken away and even law sanctions.
c. Benefiting from the Content
• All website visitors and members may access the content for viewing purposes only.
• It should not be forgotten that Location and Comment contents are formed by the pegasus.com members and that it is there for commenting and recommendation.
• Pegasus.com does not guarantee the authenticity of the comments and location information. Pegasus.com does not accept any responsibility for any false information.
• Pegasus.com users have no right to sell, distribute, advertise for commercial trading or do any sort of deals using the website.
a. Privacy
• Pegasus.com believes in the privacy of their members’ information and does everything to ensure that the information stays private.

• Pegasus.com does not take or store information such as credit card numbers or ID numbers.
• In order to access and use the Facebook application and facilities that are found in the Pegasus Airlines Internet Network you must login using "Facebook Connector". "Facebook Connector" only shares your Facebook ID with Pegasus.com. Pegasus.com cannot access your private information such as your Facebook password hence does not store this kind of information.
• Pegasus.com membership email address and contact information may be shared with Pegasus Airlines and business partners.
b. Security
• Pegasus.com goes to extra measures to make sure your personal information stays private. Due to this, website members must create their own username and password that they will use. Username is personal and the same username cannot be given to more than one person.
• "The password" is only known by the member. The member may change the password whenever he/she wants. Choosing the password and protecting it is entirely up to the member. Pegasus.com does not take any responsibility that will occur due to password usage. If/When the member loses or forgets his/her password, he/she can request it back via email clicking the "I forgot my password" link.
c. Contents
• All content belongs to Pegasus.com. Pegasus.com can, at any given moment without previous warning or stating a reason, change, add or renew the General Terms and Conditions. Pegasus.com has the right to use the contents with any channels, distribute and publish them as they please. No permission is needed from the members in order to access the comments and location entries.
